We cater for events of all kinds; weddings, birthdays, parties, corporate events, festivals and shows.

Our bar is versatile enough to perfectly complement nearly any event.

Our bar comes stocked as standard with full selection of luxury spirits‭ & ‬liqueurs from the English Spirit collection.

We have a range of standard menus that include simple serves (e.g. gin & tonic, rum & ginger beer) as well as cocktails, Prosecco & fruit liqueurs and a range of mixers and garnishes.

However, we can tailor the entire offering and menu to meet your requirements: at no extra cost.

THE HIRE FEE FOR THE EVENT IS‭ ‬£250‭ ‬PER DAY

This includes the bar, a bartender, any temporary event licensing required and the first 30 miles of distance from PL15 7JN. There is then a mileage charge of 45p per mile. This is payable 1 month before the event.

A‭ ‬£150‭ ‬REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

This is required at booking to secure the bar booking for your event, and to cover any extra costs incurred.

THERE IS A MINIMUM SPEND OF‭ ‬£500

In the unlikely event that the bar takes less than £500, we would make up the difference from the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel your event, your deposit will be refundable if more than 3 months notice is given. Otherwise, we will be happy to re-book your date for you and the deposit will be carried over to the new date.
